MINUTES OF MEETTNG APRIL 16 1964.
Present; President E. Ca Phillips; Vice-President B.
Braz3uski; C. R. Lamb; L, D. Good; A. Pietila;
� J. H. Schulte and Mayar E. A. W�odard. �I
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P. M. by
President Phillips who requested reading of the Minutes
of the Meeting ot March 19, 1964. The Minutes were
read and upon call for corrections or objections, none
being o£fered •the Minutes were ordered approved as read.
President Phillips: On this Vance Les sub-division on
Walnut Street; we took a look and it was identical to the
pxeliminary plat and Mayox• Woodard and I �i.gned it. I
did not think it was necegsary to call a Special Meeting
to sign it.
I would like t� disauss our annexation proposal
with reference to our meeting last Wedne�day.
(Diseussion followed between Members of the
Commission and Mayor Woodard; no action was taken.)
T�. A. Biasett spoke to the Cammission with
reference to ir.dustrial c�evelopment in the Tigard area.
The diRCUSSion on sewer facilities in the indust.rial
area was entered into by Dsayor Woodard. and members of the
C�mmission.) It was decided Mayor Woodard should write
t.o Dr. Stewart about projecf.s that are within the sawef
district as to availability of sewer system.
President Phillips: Next on the agenda is Zone change;
is the zoning in the City of Tigard as it should be or
do we want som�ething more defi.nite. (It was decidecl
to hold this matter in abeyance until Mr. Bissett has an
opportunity to make a lreport.)
President �hillips: Next on the agenda is Miscellaneaus;
floes anyone have anyth9.ng to bring un under this headi.ng?
(No response from the Commission.)
A, Pietila moved for adjournment; motion seconded by B.
Brazauski and unanimously approved by the members present,
being a majority.
Adjournment taken at 8:55P. M.
