CITY OF TIGARD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING NOVEMBER 21, 1963.
Present: President E. C. Phillips; Vice-President B. Brazauski;
J. H. Schulte; A. Mason; L. D. Good; Mayor E. A. Woodard;
L. A. Bissett. Absent; C. R. Lamb; A. Pietila and
Attorney F. A. Anderson.
President Phillips called the meeting to order at 7:30 P. M.
President Phillips called for reading of the Minutes of the
meeting of October 17, 1963, which were then read and upon call
for corrections or ommissions, none being offered, President
Phillips declared the Minutes to stand approved as read.
President Phillips: Next on the agenda; we have a zone change
for rear of 12720 S. W. Pacific Highway, from R-5 to A-2, this
requested zone change applies to Tax Lots 1800 and 1900, map
2S 1 2AC and is generally located between S. W. Walnut and S. W.
Burnham Streets. ■
The Southwest Investment Company, applicant, was
represented by Mr. Wayne Adkins. Following discussion, Larry
Bissett recommended we table the proposal until we can get the
whole thing wrapped up with Mr. Willock. A meeting was then
scheduled for the following Wednesday morning, November 27th,
1963 at 11:00 A. M. in City Hall.
President Phillips: We have a note here from Shell Oil Company
as to zoning of property on Lots 11 and 12, Tax Lot 600, map
2S 1 2AA, Block 23-23. This is zoned C-2, General Commercaal.
The Planning Commission will send them a letter stating it is
zoned C-2.
President Phillips: Next on the agenda; discussion of
annexations, primarily the one of Willock`s.
Discussion followed with respect to data required in connection
with proposed annexations and the Secretary was instructed to
secure the names of property owners in the area under discussion.
Motion for adjournment was properly made by A. Mason, seconded
by J. H. Schulte and unanimously approved. The meeting adjourned
at 9:50 P. M.
