VLMK Consulting Engineers has performed Structural Observations on the above noted project, as
required by the 2010 Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC), Section 1710, and as noted in
the approved permit documents.
In addition, reports submitted by the special inspector (Carlson Testing, Inc.) were received and
reviewed by VLMK as outlined in Section 1704.
To the best of our knowledge, the work on this project was performed in conformance with the
approved plans and specifications.
