When I tallied up the points on the Point Sheet,it reached Earth Advantage Gold. Three things I saw on the point sheet that this project did not appear to have were extended eaves,concrete patio(the deck in the back is wood),and a central vacuum. I added in points for the Toto Water Sense toilets and the tree that was planted in the front yard. These flows serve as an indicator of the quality of duct installation and to ensure that all equipment is capable of meeting ASHRAE 62.2.
