Dear Mr. Marter:
As requested, Kevin M McCormick, S.E. of Miller Consulting Engineers, Inc. met with
you on January 26,2015 to inspect the installation of the racking anchorage per OSSC
1704.2. The Powers Stud+anchors were installed two per baseplate. They were installed
to a minimum depth of 2 %2"and the final tongue of 40 Ft-Lbs. was achieved on all
anchors tested. Based on our special inspection of the installation,the anchors have been
installed per manufacturer's specifications and the work is completed and is in
compliance with the plans and specifications as prepared by this office.
