We spent minimal time on the review;so we can simply cancel the
application;as trying to collect a partial fee will just use up more
of our time.

Refund Policy
1. The city's Community Development Director,Building Official or City Engineer may authorize the refund of
• Any fee which was erroneously paid or collected.
• Not more than 80%of the application or plan review fee when an application is withdrawn or canceled before review effort
has been expended.
• Not more than 80%of the application or permit fee for issued permits prior to any inspection requests.
2. All refunds will be returned to the original payer in the form of a check via US postal service.
3. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing refund requests.

The PFI permit for work in the ROW near 7550 SW Tech Center Drive has been reviewed
and approved. A fee of$300.00 must be paid prior to issuing the permit. Please pay the
fee on-line through the following link.

• Click on the Engineering tab—you do not need to log in.
• Enter the permit number PF12015-00030 in the Record Number section.
• Once the case opens, scroll down to Fees and pay the outstanding fee.
• Please let me know when the fee has been paid and I will issue the permit.
