Good afternoon Mark,
My name is Doug Church. I have a building permit that is ready to expire and would like to file for an extension. I have had a delay in
starting my project because of financial reasons,but fully intend to start the project within 30-45 days from now. My permit will
expire on April 19'h and I do not think I will be started by then. If you could please extend my permits for another 60-90 days, I would
really appreciate it. My permit#is: MST2014-00177. My site address is 12078 SW Whistlers Loop Tigard, OR 97223. Please let me
know if there is any other information that you might need.
