The 8 foot tall concrete wall for the above referenced project may have a 3f-V wide footing with
back rill on both sides leaving 4c6 exposed. With 4'-6"exposed, the wail will only be retaining
3"-6"of soil which IS equivalent to a 4"-0"or smaller retaining wall
