As per the attached detail 11 the 9'-3" actual dimension is still okay to meet the
code aspect ratio of 3.5 times the width of the panel. Therefore, no change is
required as the height is less than the maximum allowable of approximately 10'.
The second issue attached the redlined and bubbled detail of 3. Added notes to
the as-built condition as per Jeff. Need to add continuous blocking in between
the roof rafters and provide edge nailing from the roof sheathing to the blocking.
Blocking then needs to be fastened to the beam as shown to complete the lateral
load path. Inspector to verify that edge nailing from the 3.5" wall sheathing lap
onto the beam from the wall sheathing, and verify edge nailing of wall sheathing
to cripple wall bottom plate. Also, verify bottom plate connection to top of beam
as shown. ����,r�
