RESOLUTION NO. 14- G
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITYWIDE MASTER FEES AND CHARGES SCHEDULE TO
MODIFY THE MINIMUM UTILITY FRANCHISE FEE
WHEREAS,the City of Tigard has a Master Fees and Charges Schedule;and
WHEREAS, city staff has proposed a new minimum franchise fee to ensure the city receives fair and
reasonable compensation for private use of the rights-of-way.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The utility franchise fees and charges for the City of Tigard are amended as shown in Exhibit
A.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective January 9,2015.
PASSED: This-Aday of 2014.
