The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.
MEETING DATE: November 10, 2014 7 — 9 p.m.

7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll call.
7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: September 8, 2014, and October 20, 2014, minutes
Motions to approve September 8, 2014 and October 20, 2014, minutes.
7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public.
7:15 p.m. 4. Recreation Discussion
The PRAB will discuss the October 20 recreation findings from MIG and public
input.
7:30 p.m. 5. Recommendations for November 18 Joint meeting with Council
The PRAB will discuss their recommendations for Council.
8:30 p.m. 6. Parks Update
Update from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight
8:40 p.m. 7. Non —Agenda Items
Call for non-agenda items.
8:45 p.m. 8. Executive Session
Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
