Recorder will conduct roll call. 7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: July 14, 2014, minutes Motion to approve July 14, 2014, minutes. 7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience Call for comments from the public. 7:15 p.m. 4. Tigard Street Trail Planner Sean Farrelly and representatives from the City Center Advisory Committee (CCAC) will update the board on the future development. 7:30 p.m. 5. Strategic Plan Staff will update the board on the City Council's Strategic Plan. 7:45 p.m. 6. Parks Update Update from Public Works Division Manager Steve Martin. 7:55 p.m. 7. Executive Session Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public. 8:45 p.m. 10.
