As per our conversation and as per the attached plan the hanger at BM#6 was
called out as a USP HDQ610IF Hanger but a Simpson HUC610 hanger was
installed. The Simpson hanger is slightly under the capacity needed so to fix the
connection please add (2) Simpson LS50 angles, (1) on each side of BM#6 to
augment the connection. The angles should be placed at the top of the beam so
as not to interrupt the existing hanger.
