As per our conversation on sheet S3.1 on the rear of the house if there is a top
plate splice over a header add a USP RS20 coil strap at the splice. The strap
should be a minimum of 4' long and centered on the splice. The strap may be
nailed to the side of the splice plate. You may use an equivalent Simpson CS20
coil strap in lieu of the USP product either is fine.
