The plan review was performed under the 2005 Oregon Residential Specialty Code.The review of the
submitted plans will be completed when the following information is provided.
1. Provide flow calculations for the nearest hydrant.
2. Provide manufactured truss layout and engineering.
3. The hold downs need only be clarified as discussed with Andy Stember per phone conversation
9.5.08.
4. Detail callouts as per 9.5.08 conversation should also be clarified on the plans.
5. Please address the difference in the Ss and S1 on the calculations provided and those obtained
from the website http://earthquake.usgs.gov/research/hazmaps/design/ with the lat/long of
45.4256472 / 122.819215 .
6. When responding,provide an itemized letter stating in what way each issue has been addressed
in the revision.
Any changes to engineered retaining walls and foundation due to geotechnical review of the site after digout
shall be reviewed and approved by the engineer of record and the City of Tigard Building Department.
Provide two copies of any necessary revisions. When submitting revised drawings or additional information,
please attach a copy of the enclosed City of Tigard,Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists
the City of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
