I talked to Albert Shields regarding possible SDC fees for this project. It appears that you will have SDC fees no matter how you decide to proceed. You will definitely need to contact Albert to discuss the TDT (Traffic Development Tax) or Parks fees. You can contact Albert either by phone, 503-718-2426 or by email, alberts@tigard-or.gov. From looking at the submitted plans there will be some Sewer SDC fees due because of the additional plumbing fixtures. The plans indicate that at completion, of what is currently approved under the minor modification, there will be 2 bathrooms on the first floor. You have 1 existing bathroom. That bathroom is either considered `relocated'or`capped'. So you are getting credit for the original bathroom and you just get charged for the additional water closet and lay. These 2 fixtures would generate a Sewer SDC fee of$2,050. This fee would be due at the time of issuance of the plumbing permit. It did not appear there were any floor drains in the bathrooms, so I did not calculate those into this estimate. We need to make a determination on revising the plans and forwarding them for plan review or voiding this permit. Let me know what you want to do with this permit.
