Re: Request to Withdraw Appeal Filed by Walter Aman
Dear Agnes:
This office represents Walter Aman(dba Aman Enterprises, Inc.). On June 11, 2014, Mr. Aman
filed an appeal of a Director's Interpretation issued on May 28, 2014. This office requested that
the City not process the appeal pending a negotiated resolution of the disputed interpretation. On
July 28, 2014 the City issued a new Director's Interpretation that is acceptable to Mr. Aman.
Mr. Aman respectfully requests that the pending appeal be withdrawn and the appeal fee
refunded. Enclosed is a signed "Request Permit Action" form requesting a refund of the appeal
fee.
We sincerely appreciate the City's willingness to work through these issues to achieve a
mutually acceptable outcome.
