Scope of Work : Class 1 Hood Duct Replacement
Location: Sesame Donut , 12700 SW North Dakota , Tigard OR , 97233
Description : Replace existing snap lock ducting in Hood to 16 gauge welded
seam Ducting , Wrap Duct with 3M Duct Wrap from the top of the hood to the
top of the fan curb .
This will Bring that Hood Section up to fire code and provide the 2 donut fryers
installed there adequate ventilation and fire protection .
