The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.
MEETING DATE: April 14, 2014 7 — 9 p.m.
MEETING LOCATION: Public Works Auditorium, 8777 SW Burnham St.
7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll call.
7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: February 10, 2014
Motion to approve February 10, 2014, minutes.
7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public.
7:15 p.m. 4. Update on Tigard Triangle Planning
Associate Planner Cheryl Caines will update the PRAB on the Tigard Triangle
project.
7:30 p.m. 5. Park Updates
Update from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight.
7:40 p.m. 6. Park Bond Updates
Public Works Manger, Steve Martin, will brief the PRAB on the park and open
space bond measure and project status.
8:00 p.m. 7. Non —Agenda Items
Call for non-agenda items.
8:05 p.m. 8. Executive Session
Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
