Recorder will conduct roll call. 7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: April 14, 2014 Motion to approve April 14, 2014, minutes. 7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience Call for comments from the public. 7:15 p.m. 4. Memorial Wall Discussion on Memorial Wall along Tigard Street Trail. 7:20 p.m. 5. Heritage Tree Proposal Associate Planner Marissa Grass will present a Heritage Tree proposal. 7:35 p.m. 6. River Terrace Parks Plan Review Assistant Community Development Director Tom McGuire will review the Park System Master Plan Addendum proposed for River Terrace. 8:05 P.M. 7. Park Updates Update from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight. 8:15 P.M. 8. Westside Trail Planning Public Works Manger Steve Martin will brief the board on Westside Trail. Action: Motion to recommend the trail plan. 8:45 p.m. 9. Non —Agenda Items Call for non-agenda items. Executive Session Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public. 8:51 p.m. 11.
