Park & Recreation Advisory Board Agenda
The purpose of the Park and Recreation Advisory Board is to advise and
advocate for park and recreation opportunities for a growing Tigard.

7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair will call the meeting to order. Recorder will conduct roll call.
7:02 p.m. 2. Introductions — New PRAB Members
Introductions of new and seated PRAB members.
7:12 p.m. 3. Approval of Minutes: June 9, 2014
Motion to approve June 9, 2014, minutes.
7:15 p.m. 4. Comments from the Audience
Call for comments from the public.
7:35 p.m. 5. Park Updates
Update from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight.
7:45 p.m. 6. PRAB Business Updates
Updates on park bond, recreation and meeting with City Council.
8:05 p.m. 7. Non—Agenda Items
Call for non-agenda items.
8:07 p.m. 8. Executive Session
Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive
session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are
confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news
media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not
disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking
any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
