Adjourn PARK AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD 5/10/04 Meeting Minutes Present: Ms. Richards, Mr. Freudenthal, Dr. Bernhard, Mr. Baumgarten, Mr. Marks, Mr. Plaza, Mr. Martin 1) Comments from the audience: Mr. John Frewing was in attendance and was interested in the upcoming survey. 2) Mr. Freudenthal moved and Mr. Ashley seconded to approve the 4/12/04 minutes as presented. Motion passed unanimously. 3) Dan discussed the survey process and timeline. The survey should be completed by 5/21. The interviews should be conducted during the week of June 1 and the findings presented on June 14 to the PRAB and to Council on June 15. 4) Dan discussed the Bull Mountain Proposed Parks Concept Plan. He specifically reviewed the 5-year CIP Revenue/Expenditure Projection which calls for approximately $3,136,745 in revenues during the 5-year period. Estimated expenses, over the 5-year period, total $9-$11M.
