Minutes of May 4, 2004 Meeting
Members Present: Mr. Switzer, Mr. Baumgarten, Dr. Bernhard
Staff Present: Dan Plaza
1) A quorum was lacking so Mr. Switzer conducted the meeting as a work
session pertaining to the upcoming survey.
2) Eileen Webb has resigned from the Planning Commission which means
she will not be serving on the PRAB as she is the ex-officio member from
the Planning Commission.
3) Dan announced that the dedication for Bonita Park is scheduled for June 5
at 11 :00 AM at Bonita Park which is located on Milton Ct. off of Bonita
Road and the Nicoli Athletic Fields, located at Cook Park will be dedicated
on June 20 at 11:00 AM.
4) Dan announced that he will be meeting with the consultant on May 5 to
begin the development of the survey. The timeline appears to be on track
with the surveys being conducted in May and the final reports being
presented to the Board and Council in June. The expected outcomes of
the survey were validated as presented and set forth at the April 13
Council Mtg.
