As Jennifer Vasicek was leaving the meeting at about 7:45, several agenda items needing discussion were rearranged to accommodate the available time frame. A copy of the current by-laws, the model by-laws and the Library Board's revised by-laws will be emailed to members before the December meeting. Library Policies Review Barnes asked if the Board wished to begin the annual review of Library policies in January, spreading the review of various policies over several months. A master list of the policies needing review will be forwarded to the Board. Board members were asked to bring their manuals to the January meeting when they will go through the full policies list to choose their order of preference for reviews.
