AGENDA ITEM #1: Welcome and Roll Call
Elise opened the meeting and Chris recorded the roll call.
AGENDA ITEM #2: Review / Approve Minutes
The September 11, 2013 CCAC Minutes were approved.
AGENDA ITEM #3: City Charter Ballot Measure—Chair Shearer
CCAC members talked about possible ways to bring voters'attention to the upcoming
November election and to get the word out about the initiative. Elise will draft a position paper
on behalf of the CCAC members and send it out for the members'review.
AGENDA ITEM #4: Public Art Update— Sean
Sean said Brian Borello is working on two natural forms; one refers to the hazelnut leaf and the
second will either be a daffodil or the camas flower which grows native in Fanno Creek. The
tentative date to show the artwork proposals is Monday, October 28`'at 6:30 p.m. however Sean
will need to confirm that Brian's models for the presentation will be ready by then. Sean willlet
the committee know if the 28`h is a go,
