1. Call to Order— Christopher Warren
Chair Christopher Warren called the meeting to order at 8:10
Minutes from the September 28, 2011 meeting were considered and approved.
2. Next Budget and TTAC Project Priorities
Mike McCarthy explained that the TTAC would be prioritizing the candidate projects for the
2012-2017 Capital Improvement Program at their December meeting. He provided a packet of
information (Attachment A) detailing the 20 project candidates for the committee's review.
Mike suggested that the committee members use their own judgment in prioritizing the
candidate projects, keeping in mind what they believe to be the best use of the city's resources.
Carissa Collins said that the public comment period for the Capital Improvement Program is
September 1 — October 31 each year. She said that all projects requested by citizens are on the
candidate list. She said that the other projects listed are those that went unfunded in the last
