Abide by all applicable OSHA guidelines throughout the scope of this project. 2. Furnish and install new metal roofing panels over the existing fiberglass skylights to ensure a sound substrate for the EPS flute filler. 3. Furnish and install 1 Ib. EPS flute filler in the flutes of the existing metal roof system to achieve a smooth and even substrate for the protection board. 4. Furnish and install a layer of 'A” Densdeck over the flute filler and mechanically attach to the substrate. This will achieve a UL Class "A" fire rated assembly. 5. Over the Densdeck, furnish and install a new Carlisle 60 mil reinforced TPO roof membrane and mechanically attach to the wood sub - purlins 12" on center with number 14 corrosion resistant coated threaded fasteners. Two half sheets will be installed along the gutter edge on both sides of the building and additional fastening along the rakes edge 8' to achieve the proper wind uplift rating. 6. All field and base flashing seams will be cleaned to ensure a consistent hot air welded seal. • ,c/ 7. Furnish and install new wood nailer curbs replacing the gravel stop detail. This will allow fora pre - painted sheet metal cap flashing along the rake edge which we will match color as close as possible in standard factory colors. 8. Furnish and install new TPO base flashings at the curb will extend up and across the top. This detail creates a water tight seal prior to the installation of the new cap for a long term watertight seal. 9. Furnish and install pre - manufactured inside /outside TPO corner flashings at curb penetrations. 10. Furnish and install TPO patches at all T- Joints in the field membrane. 11. Fabricate and install new TPO clad drip metal along the gutter and mechanically attach every 12" cm center. Leave a 1 /4" gap between the joints in the metal flashing. Install a TPO cover strip over each metal joint. 12. Furnish and install new 6 "k style gutter and 3 x 4 plain smooth downspout. Install expansion joints in both gutters and match color as close as possible. 13. Upon completion of the above work, remove all tools and debris and leave the site in a clean and orderly condition. w r, :'. [ rl ti .d . i•' {.,.'. i .Yi.' ^' .p•1. •.b !. • . r+• 1 .Y L•. `... J.J •y` , .^ 4 A p • s: f ,fir,.•• ,;,{"e.n \. ,7x S ; n "• '•Y• .C. .f h ?_l,, d [ :r ..1 ` r_. fin., y r w. y •','.d . 5r• NJ ir' a I.r;;; ,. ;r•i` ,, S , ? ;, ., ,.,, s Y ,. ;r +' ^' / ; ' ', %'e \'''f,':'`, • •4 ' Air: i `• 1 (''''4L K• - _ ' :I' , ' ^.•1 ^: . FEB -06 -2013 15:04 Columbia Const.
