This can be achieved by transporting the panels in a truck or van. If this is not an option available to you, please bring blankets and any other materials needed to protect your vehicle as well as the panels. Please note Oregon Glass Block / Pacific Rim Pan- els is not responsible for any damage occurring to vehicles while loading panels. This also applies to any damage to panels caused by transportation. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION FOR FRAMELESS GLASS BLOCK PANELS Step 1: Use 1/4" shims on the bottom and both sides. Your finished opening should be framed at 1/4" over the nominal dimension on both width and height. The panel will always be undersized from the nominal dimension. All net open- - el ings for glass block panels are presented width by height. If in doubt, please call - (503) 252 -0340. AMINO Step = Step 2: Spray non - expanding foam around the perimeter in the vacant area between the panel and your opening. Step 2 Step 3: Trim off the excess foam and caulk the 1/4" expansion - joint around the perimeter of the panel.
