It is our understanding the contractor has installed the 2x10 rafters as we recommended previously to eliminate the webs of the trusses for a vaulted ceiling. We understand the inspector is concerned about the tapered notch at the bottom rafter at the double top plate. We have reviewed the loading at this location and determined it is capable of supporting the design loads without any modifications. Please call if you have any questions.
