Dear Steve, Dennis;
With reaards to the area on the riaht side of the aaraae . As Der our conversation
with Dennis, drypack was installed at fix for chipped out concrete. Concrete was
levelled first prior to drypack and added P.T. plate was added and clipped to the
wall olate above with an A35. Blockina around the ooenina was added and floor
sheathing reattached. Dennis the contractor has assured not gaps or air pockets
so that beams on both sides of the wall are properly bearing. At this time the
issue aooears resolved.
