Hello Jourdanne,
I left two messages for you to call me today regarding the plumbing permit for this project. I wanted to confirm the
fixture work that is being done, and I have calculated the fees due based upon the plumbing application submitted as
follows:
Plumbing permit-no plan review fees due, but charged for 8 capped fixtures listed on page 2 that were not on page 1:
Permit fees$594.20+12%state surcharge$71.30=total due of$665.50.
Sewer permit—the plumbing permit fixtures result in an increase of equivalent dwelling units(see attached
documents):
Permit fees total due=$279.90.
The plumbing and sewer permits are ready to issue, however we need a plumbing contractor identified with a valid
Oregon CCB license.
The mechanical and electrical permit applications and plans have been routed for plan review and we will notify you
when they are ready to issue and the permit fees due.
