Please find attached building and electrical permit applications, three sets of plans,
calculations, and product submittals for the proposed fire alarm system at the address
shown above.
Occupancy Group: A-3(567 Occupants), B (5 Occupants), I-4 (4 Occupants)
The fire alarm system design includes the following:
1. (1) Addressable fire alarm control panel with onboard DACT.
2. (1) Full function LCD remote annunciator/keypad
3. (1) Smoke detector at the fire alarm control panel
4. (1) Manual station at the sprinkler riser
5. (1) Monitor module at the sprinkler riser flow switch
6. (2) Monitor modules for sprinkler riser & vault control valves.
7. (5) Duct smoke detectors at fire/smoke dampers, and air handlers exceeding 2000
CFM return air velocity.
8. (3) Air handler& fire/smoke damper control relays.
9. ADA synchronized audible and visual alarms. •
We will pre-test the fire alarm system before requesting a final inspection.
