Paul,
We had a discussion about this proposal yesterday. We agree that a land use review is not necessary, please just submit
the approved collocation form with the building permit application. We also discussed the issue of screening and
determined that it is not required because it was not conditioned in the original approval (Site Development
Review). Will you please modify the collocation form to eliminate the cylinder screens, I'll approve it and return it to
you. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Cheryl,
It looks like Sprint's proposed antenna modifications to their existing wireless facility at 13680 SW Pacific Highway would
expand the 26.5"diameter shroud to a 44" diameter shroud. I don't have plans yet, but the expanded shroud would
likely look something like the wireless facility in the attached photo of the large cylinder. The facility show in the photo is
located on the north side of the Washington Square Mall parking lot.
For your reference,Sprint's facility is shown in the photo in the attached PDF document. As you can see, Sprint's
antennas are located in the third canister from the top and Clearwire's antennas are on the outside of the pole.
Please take a look and let me know if the 44" shroud would require a land use review.
