Hi Dan,
I stopped by this afternoon to drop off the revised site plan and fire exit plan.
The site plan changes include the following:
1. FDC is on same side of driveway as hydrant
2. Accessible van parking space shown
3. Detail added to sheet indicating dimensions, stripes, and sign
4. Note added to clarify a slope of 1/4" per foot at the building entry.
The fire exit plan has been updated to show the revised door swings and occupant loads for both floors.
The site permit application was filed last week.
Please let me know if you need additional information or clarifications.
