APPLICASLE CRITERIA, FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS APPLICABLE PROVISIONS 4F THE TIGARD DEVELOPMENT CODE Tigard Developrnent Code Section 18.380.020, Legislative Amendments to this Title and Map, states that legislative zoning map and text amendments shall be undettaken by means of a Type IV proced�are, as goverr�ed by Section 18.390.OGOG. FINDING: The proposed tel�t amendmen# would apply Cit�=-wide. Therefore, the amendmen� will be review-ed under the Tvpe I\' legislati�=e procedure as set forth in the chapter. This procedure requires public hearings by� both the P�anning Con-u�-ussion atid Cit�T Council. Section 18.390.Q60.G establishes standard decisian-�naking procedures fot reviewing Type IV applications. The recommendation by the Commissian and the decision by the Council shall be based on consideration of the following factors: 1) The Statewide Planning Gaa1s and Guidelines adopted under Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 197; 2) Any £edearal or state statutes or regulations found applicable; 3) Any applicable METRO �egulations; 4) Any applicable cornprek�e�sive plan policies; and 5) Aaxy applicable provisions of the City's implementing ordinances.
