REFERENCE: Work to be done on Tigard Building, per meeting on 3/5107 11:00Am.
The following is a list and cost for the items requested:
Item 1. Add insulation ( 2 inch thick) to the inside of 3 windows of future office on the North
West side of the building.
Scope: Add 2 inch insulation, painted white on the side to the glass, add drywall to the inside of the
room glued to the insulation, add '/. quarter round as the trim from the drywall to the window
casing and paint to closely match the existing trim. (White.)
Casts for the throe (s) windows will be $ 260.00. t S 7 = # 3 47
Item 2. Add a 2x4 wall finished to match existing walls, with a 3 ft wide x 6 ft 8 inch high 6 panel
door with a passage door handle. Note: this type of hardware is not lockable.
Scope: Supply materials for the framing of a two x four wall finished to match existing walls vitkp
3068 door, all trim to match existing painted walls. Wall will be constructed over existing carpet.
Note: No Electrical for any switches for lights are included in this proposal.
Note: No Plumbing or carpet are included in this proposal.
Costs for the new wall finished as stated in scope: $ 1,226.00.4- 8 7= ° 13/ 3
Item 3. Alternate 1: Entry Floor We discussed 4 ft wide and 4 ft deep.
Costs allotted for the entry floor in which to be decided is $ 400.00
Item 4. Alternate 2: Eliminate double dhar to future waiting room.

Scope: Remove 2- 3068 doors, patch areas where hinges were, patch any holes in bead jamb of door
frame, paint existing jambs and head to closely match existing trim & dispose of doors.
Cost allotted for Alternate #2 is 180.00.

Note: This quote is good for 10 days. If you ark satisfied with the cost and either accept or
decline the alternates a contract agreement will be drawn up with the work in this proposal to be
done.
If any permits are required for this project , they will be added to the cost of the proposed amount
including drawing up of any plans, printing of plans and time involved in getting the permits.
