AMENDMENT# 1
The Personal Services Agreement between the City of Tigard, a municipal corporation of the
State of Oregon, hereinafter called City, and The Larkin Group, hereinafter called Seller, entered
into on the 23rd of March, 2009, is hereby amended as follows:
2. EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION
This agreement shall become effective upon the date of execution, and shall expire, unless
otherwise terminated, or extended on June 30, 2009.
3. COMPENSATION
CITY agrees to pay CONTRACTOR a not to exceed amount of Twenty Five Thousand and
no/100 dollars ($25,000) for government affairs services on transportation issues as described in
Exhibit "A".
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, City has caused this Amendment to be executed by its duly
authorized undersigned officer and Seller has executed this Amendment upon signature and date
