We feel that this property is best suited for single family dwellings , . , and should be maintained due to natural topography and proximity to other R-7 land. It should be noted that this property is considerably higher :, than the property to the East which is zoned A-2. If apartments are built below this property and Viewcrest, it would be an elevation undisturbing to single family homes to the West. /9- .
