What is to be gained by altering a good plan (in which the neighboring residents

They have no more intention now, than 1 had at the time of purchase of my home,

years ago 1 would have then demanded a guarantee that the neighborhood would remain

bought here, The presence of a commercial dwelling will create a problem for any one
of us who night some day have to sell his home. Prospective home buyer want homes,
and not merely dwellings,
We do not need exelana'Aone when we wee the practical outcome in Beaverton and

industrial but a slum suitable only for demolition and reeuqding. In other words
subject to Urban Renewal.
