RESOLUTION NO. 13- 16
A RESOLUTION WAIVING $378 IN TEMPORARY SIGN PERMIT FEES FOR TIGARD YOUTH
FOOTBALL.
WHEREAS, Tigard Municipal Code 3.32.070 authorizes City Council to waive fees for non-profits when the
request is made in writing and council determines that the community benefit outweighs the financial burden to
the city;and
WHEREAS, Tigard Youth Football has requested in writing the waiver of fees for seven temporary sign
permits;and
WHEREAS,The Master Fees and Charges states that the fee for temporary sign permits is $54 per sign;and
WHEREAS,council determines that the community benefit outweighs the $378 financial burden to the city.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Tigard Youth Football receives a waiver of$378 in temporary sign permit fees.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
