Tax Lot 502, owned by Mr. Roger M. Belanich.
Building Permis #2692 and 2933, City of Tigard
Dear Sir:
Per your request, the following is the present status of above
referenced building:
As of this date, the shell of the building is substantially
complete. The EAST one -half has the floor, windows and doors
installed. Also plumbing and electrical are installed, and could
be occupied by a B -2 occupancy.
The western one -half does not have the concrete floors, windows,
or doors installed. The plumbing, mechanical or electrical are not
completed.
The building shell as it now exists, does meet all required
structural and fire life safety codes.
Finald inspection will be made when all work is completed, and
fire life safety requirements are met.
