All units in this subdivision require I 3D Sprinkler Systems- The design factor with two heads flowing
require 26 gpm. It is my understanding that a 1" meter will be required, and no additional SDC's will be
required. The builder will be required to pay for the upgrade to the 5/8" / 3/4" meter.
