I need an extension on my building permit I have been on the waiting list for
the contractors for my concrete work but due to the shortage of concrete, my
project has been having some set backs. Please let me know if there is a special
form to fill out to request this extension. Please let me know what is the longest
amount of time you could allow me to extend my permit for. Thank you very much
