Dear Mr. Whiteside:
At your request an inspection was conducted at the above address on June 25, 1986.
The following items were noted:
1. There appears to be water damage to the ceiling in most areas of
the unit. Most damage appears in the kitchen area. Some of the
gypsum sheetrock is sagging.
2. Some shingles are missing on the mansard roof area of your apartment.
You indicated there is water leaking through the ceiling during rainfall, and also
the building is equipped with ceiling radiant heat which is affected by the water.
If there exists a problem with the roof leaking should be repaired to maintain
a safe and sanitary sttucture.
