The existing house at 11600 SW Tiedeman Ave is re- addressed to 10280 SW Tigard St because
the driveway access was changed as part of the partition process. It is still the same house &
accounts but the address is now 10280 SW Tigard St.
The owners subdivided the lot so a house could be built behind the existing house.
