Your plans for Residential I 3R sprinkler systems have been reviewed for
compliance. The following items require your attention;
1. Provide fire hydrant flow testing for the site in accordance with NFPA 291.
Results to be submitted on a form as set out in NFPA 291, Figure 1 -5.
2. Provide an application and plane for your sprinkler system monitoring and
alarm system [088C, 904.3.1 and 904.3.2J. Provide visual alarms in
accordance with OSSC, 1109.14.2 and access to alarms in accordance
with 1109.14.4.

I am advised by your sprinkler contractor for the required alarm and monitoring
systems that, in order to issue the sprinkler system, we will require the following:
1. Provide an application and plans for your sprinkler monitoring and alarm
system [OSSC, Section 904.3.1 and 904.3.2]. Provide visual alarms in
accordance with OSSC Section 1109.14.2 and access to alarms in
accordance with OSSC, Section 1109.14.4.
