This letter is a request for a 6 month extension to the above master permit. My last inspection date was
August 10, 2012.
I am requesting an extension because the project has been delayed due to:
• Difficulty in finding flooring for remodel area to match existing flooring
• Delay from cabinet /millwork sub - contractors
• Holidays /vacation time (for myself and sub - contractors)
