As we discussed on the phone an architectural firm sealing drawings in the state of Oregon has to operate as a Professional Corporation registered in the state. The same is not true for a Professional Engineer. He needs only be registered as a P. E. to legally seal the documents. Please accept the enclosed documents to fulfill the legal permit requirements. They are sealed by a P. E. registered in the state and have not been altered since our previous submittal. It is SSOE's intention that these documents may be substituted for the documents originally submitted on May 17,1995. If you have any further questions or concerns, please call.
