Back in October we approved this permit under a two phased approach. I approved Phase I, but could not release Phase II until new code changes were adopted by Council. Now that the code changes have been adopted, I need to review Phase II for compliance with the new standards and (hopefully) release the permit. How should this proceed? I believe a permit modification would be the most straightforward path, and what was previously discussed with mark. Does the applicant need to initiate this in writing, or can we do this based on a verbal? I understand the fees were paid for the entire project upfront (both phases I and II). From the very minimum, I need to receive a set of plans to submit (the file copy would be fine) and the ability to sign off on the changes in Accella. More than happy to meet with your or someone else over there given the weird complexity of this case!
