The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code
(OMSC) 2002 edition; and the Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99-
01) 1999 edition. The following information is required prior to the issuance of a Mechanical
Permit.
1. Permanent equipment supported by the structure, 400 lbs and over, shall have their
attachments designed in accordance with formulas in section 1632 of the Oregon
Structural Specialty Code. Provide calculations and details for the equipment
Seismic Anchorage.
2. Clarify the hydronic system design pressure. The new piping is required to be tested
at 1 '/2 times the design pres but not less than 100 PSI per section 1208 OMSC.
